Anna gets help from Martin to investigate the crime scene again, and they find that there must have been another person in the room. They also find some keys that match a camper van parked outside the building. At the same time, a man comes to collect the camper. He tells them that he just had to put it in an agreed place for another person to pick it up.
Martin and Mik put the camper in the agreed place and agree to wait. After a while it is picked up and they follow until they reach the ferry. Here the man, the celebrity and Bear and Bonnie's pusher Gekko, is arrested, but there is no evidence that he is connected to the murder.
The police have 24 hours to find evidence against Gekko or he must be released. However, despite numerous attempts, they are unsuccessful and Gekko must be released. At the last minute, however, Anna discovers that Gekko, with the help of his lawyer, has changed his shoes. Martin searches the lawyer's car and finds Gekko's shoes, where the drug that killed Bonnie is hidden. Pressed by the situation, Gekko reveals that he threw the gun in the harbour.
In the harbour, the gun is found and Anna can happily celebrate with her colleagues that she is no longer under accusation. However, there is one missing - Martin, who has a new job in Aarhus. She rides her bike to him, but his removal van leaves at the same time. Fortunately, he's not there - he's chosen to stay in Copenhagen with Anna.
