Kids from the stadium

Sascha, Adrian, Mathys, Thibault, Martin and Hadrien are 12 years old and dream of becoming professional footballers. They play in the same team in Waremme (Liège). The series "Kids from the stadium" follows them for three years until they are 15 years old. While following them through their demanding training, this six-part documentary series focuses on the sometimes tender, sometimes strained relationships between the players, parents and coaches. At 12 years old, they still have stars in their eyes. They hold on tightly to their dream, but it remains a child's dream. Three years later: what remains of it? Hadrien, Sacha and Adrien are 12 years old, their dream is to become professional footballers. They play in the same team at Waremme in the Belgian countryside near Liège. Hadrien is a goalkeeper, but his weakness is his small size. Sacha has been thrown out of the elite club of Eupen for his bad behaviour. Adrien has a father who strongly believes in him, pushing him hard.
