Bibi works as a babysitter to increase her pocket money. But the twins Micky and Dicky from the neighborhood are hard to handle. They scream and can not be calmed down. Bibi has an idea: She lets the little ones age through witchcraft in order to communicate better with them. But that's where the problems really start.
