While Pipì and Pupù are still asleep, Rosemary decides to get their breakfast ready and after she’s picked some blueberries, she gets some honey from the Queen bee. To set the table she uses three large leaves on which to pour the honey, but as she does so, a bear approaches who would love to take part in the banquet too. After she has shooed him away, Rosemary realizes that the honey which she poured onto the leaves has disappeared and so she decides to put the blackberries on them instead and to wake up Pipì and Pupù. No sooner have they sat down at the table than they realize that the blackberries have disappeared too and so, for lack of anything else, they decide to eat the leaves, but these start to scream and the three little friends discover that the leaves are walking leaf insects and that they’re the ones who ate the honey and the berries. The three leaf insects, who are still hungry, return to the Queen bee who decides to give them more honey, and the bear manages to get some too, thanks to a little play performed for the Queen Bee.
